Incorporation Guide

1. Complete Company Information

Log in to our Secretary Platform and submit the required details online.

If you are unsure how to use the platform, you can send us the information and we will complete it for you.

The main information needed includes:

  • Prepare three proposed company names
  • Select two business activities from the Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC); only 5-digit codes are accepted
  • Confirm the paid-up capital amount (minimum SGD 1)
  • Confirm the number of shares (minimum 1 share)
  • Provide director and shareholder details (name, mobile number, email)
  • If there are multiple shareholders, confirm the allocation of shares

2. Identity Verification

After submitting the company information, our Secretary Platform will send an email to every director and shareholder. Click the verification link in the email to complete the KYC process.

Please prepare the following documents:

  • Passport/ID (Singapore citizens use NRIC, permanent residents provide a passport and PR card, foreign nationals provide a passport)
  • Proof of address (acceptable documents include bank statements, utility bills, or government letters showing your address)
  • Authorization photo (following the instructions and sample images in the email, take a photo holding your ID and the authorization signature paper)

3. Registration Workflow and Timeline

Once the above steps are completed, we will submit the application to ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) within 1–2 business days.

ACRA usually grants approval immediately, but there is a chance of a random review, which typically takes an additional 2–5 business days.
