1. Complete the application form

Log in to our Secretary Platform and submit the information online.

If you need help, email us your documents and we will fill them in for you.

You will need to provide:

• Company details: company name, UEN, Business Profile, authorised representative (company director or HR manager)
• Position details: job role, salary, work location (use your registered address if there is no office)
• Application form: travel document details (passport), identification number, marital status, two most recent employment records, highest education

2. Upload supporting documents

Passport

• A scanned copy or a clear mobile photo.

Educational credentials

• Singapore qualifications: provide the OpenCert.
• Chinese qualifications: provide the translated CHSI Online Verification Report View
• Other countries: certification is required (5-10 working days).

3. Processing timeline

Once everything is ready, we submit to MOM within 1-2 working days.

MOM processing typically takes 5-10 working days.
