Dependent Pass for Spouses

1. Complete the application form

Log in to our Secretary Platform and submit the details online.

If you need help, email us your information and we will fill it in for you.

You will need to provide:

• Main pass holder: FIN linked to the associated EP or the EP application form.
• Application form: travel document details (passport), identification number, marital status, highest education (no supporting documents required).

2. Upload supporting documents

Passport

• A scanned copy or a clear mobile photo.

Marriage certificate

• Original document and translation. (If you use a notary's English translation, no apostille is required.)

3. Processing timeline

Once the information above is ready, we submit it to MOM within 1-2 working days.

MOM usually takes 1-10 working days to process the application.

Dependent Pass for Children

• Application form: travel document details (passport), identification number, education information (no supporting documents required), vaccination certificate number.

2. Upload supporting documents

Passport

• A scanned copy or a clear mobile photo.

Birth certificate

• Original document and translation. (If you use a notary's English translation, no apostille is required.)

Vaccination certification for children

Foreign children aged 12 and below must have their vaccinations certified. Holders of a Student Pass are exempt.

Documents required for certification (processing time: 5-10 days)

• Child's passport
• Birth certificate (original and translation)
• Parent or guardian information
  • Passport
  • Contact email
  • Singapore mobile number, if available
  • Singapore residential address, if residing locally
• Vaccination booklet (original and translation)
  • Bring the original booklet to your local International Travel Health Clinic; they will provide the translation.
  • Two mandatory vaccinations: Diphtheria (DTP) and Measles (MMR)
    • Diphtheria: three primary doses and two booster doses; the three primary doses at 2/4/6 months, the first booster at 18 months. Children above 18 months must show a booster record.
    • Measles: two doses; the first at 12 months, the second at 15 months. Singapore does not recognise MMR doses administered before age 1; if the first dose was earlier, a supplemental dose is required.
    • If DTP/MMR cannot be administered, a doctor's exemption letter is required.

• Immunisation registration form
  • Visit the CDA website and click the "Download Immunisation Registration Form" button on the homepage.
  • Print the form and bring it to the International Travel Health Clinic for completion and stamping.
